I am 67 years old I grew up watching every NASA mission and every moon landing , I hope with God's grace that I live long enough to see the first mission and landing of humans on Mars then I will now that mankind might survive and live on throughout the universe and we will no longer be tracked here on earth
ReplyDeleteThe first human mission to Mars should be before 2035, I would estimate. Elon Musk is aiming for 2029 but Starship's development progress isn't as fast as that target year requires.
DeleteThat would put Drzorba at 79. That's within average life expectancy, so hang in there and you should see it!
DeleteSame story here as Drzorba. I am 65 and vividly remember Neal Armstrong stepping on the moon. I want America and the world to experience that kind of excitement, again! The explosion in technology and advances on Earth will more than compensate for the efforts to land people on Mars.
